Group
I have had an order with with Midway for 500 pieces since 11/09. Every month it runs to next month. I looked on Starline and they said the next run will be when there is a demand for the brass.
I think everybody on this site should order 1K pieces and that should get their attention.
Have a good week.

Gerry, I checked my sources and they are also out of the 44AMP Starline brass!! I think I am down to about 200 empty cases but probably close to 800 Starline that are loaded!!Smile

Jason, what did you pay for 1000 rounds? Starline has it listed at around $278.00 with free shipping!!

Anyone ever talk to them about a group buy?

If someone could represent the site and inquire about say a 10k or better buy they might shave a few dollars off and crank up the machine.

Just a thought.

p.s. What about another headstamp, does anyone know if they will do special headstamps? I'm thinking 357 AMP - 41 AMP - or maybe just AMP or Auto Mag of the non-44 rounds???

John,

Yes $278 shipped.  Usually cheapest direct from them in 1000 piece quantities.

I'd buy 5000, if they sell it for $200/1000 to me.

Hummm, a 28% discount,,, Ya sounds good to me too, but I dont see them offering more than 5 or 10% for a group buy, but who knows.

Anyone here have an FFL that could represent the group? That might also shave off a few %.

You better hope you catch Robert Hayden in a good mood..........

He usually has better things to do (I guess) than talk to a customer.

Here's what 10,000 pieces of brass look like.

Tony,

You got any idea hw many pieces are a minimum order?  I mean you got 10,000 there, but doesn't mean it's the min.
